- If your business genuinely can't afford downtime, price up a leased line or a backup connection rather than relying on any broadband product — Zen's included compensation scheme softens outages but doesn't prevent them.
- The referral caps and conditions are identical to home ones — the reward is issued at Zen's discretion under the offer terms.
