It's a link, not a code — and order of events matters
Sites promising “Zen voucher codes” or “65% off” are making it up — Zen has no code box at checkout. Here's what actually exists. The one real offer is the referral scheme, and it only pays out if you register through the link before you place your order. Zen confirms it can't be applied retroactively.

- Use the link before you order
- Zen's scheme is a referral link, not a code you type at checkout. Register your email via the link first, then order. It cannot be added to an existing order afterwards.
- Paid after your service goes live
- The eGift card arrives by email within about 5 working days of your broadband going live. You then have 90 days to pick your retailer.
- Can't be combined with other codes
- Referral rewards can't be stacked with other discount codes in a single order — but Zen doesn't run public discount codes anyway.

Is there a Zen Internet referral code I can type in at checkout?
No — Zen's refer-a-friend scheme uses personal referral links, not codes. You register your email through a customer's link first, then place your order on zen.co.uk as normal. There's no box at checkout, and the reward can't be added after you've ordered — so click the link first.
What exactly do I get?
A £40 eGift card, spendable at your choice of 100+ retailers including Amazon, M&S, Costa and Just Eat. It's a gift card, not bill credit. It arrives by email within about 5 working days of your broadband going live, and you have 90 days to pick your retailer.
Who qualifies?
New Zen customers only, taking any home or business broadband package on a contract of 12 months or more. Other products don't qualify, and the reward can't be combined with another discount code.
What's in it for you?

Is the reward guaranteed?
The scheme is run by Zen through Mention Me and rewards are issued at Zen's discretion under their terms — I can't guarantee it, and I'll never pretend otherwise. In practice the scheme's own page reported 600+ rewards given out last month. Your service must actually go live for the reward to be paid.
